You can wait for your monthly credit allowance to renew, upgrade to a plan with more credits, or purchase an add-on credit pack. Add-on credits are available in packs of 250 credits for $25 USD.

Do I need a paid plan to publish my site?

Yes. You can build your site on the Free plan, but you will encounter a paywall when you are ready to publish. You must upgrade to the Starter, Professional, or Ultimate plan to publish.

It depends on how much you plan to build, how many apps or sites you want to publish, and how many credits you expect to use. Starter is a good entry-level option, Professional provides more room to build and supports additional capabilities, and Ultimate is best for customers who need the most flexibility.

What should I do if a site transfer is not working?

We tried transferring the site, but it is not working—even though the plan is Ultimate. What should we do?

Can I go back to an older version of my site?

Airo AI Builder provides the ability to view site history. Support can review the available history options. If you need additional help restoring or troubleshooting your site, the issue can be escalated.

Is transfer really not working? How does site transfer work?

If you are referring to transferring ownership of an Airo AI Builder app to another account, the transfer can only be initiated on a Professional or Ultimate plan. No other transfer options are currently supported.

Can an Airo AI Builder website be completely transferred?

An Airo AI Builder app can be transferred to another account if it is on a Professional or Ultimate plan. However, there is currently no direct transfer from Airo AI Builder to another hosting product. If needed, code and files can be exported while on a paid Airo AI Builder plan. Exporting code and files makes the product non-refundable.

Can an Airo AI Builder site be restored after cancellation?

No. An Airo AI Builder site cannot be recovered once the service has been cancelled.

Which database does Airo AI Builder use?

Airo AI Builder uses its own platform and is separate from Websites + Marketing, cPanel, and Managed Hosting for WordPress. The platform runs on the same hypervisors as cPanel and Managed Hosting for WordPress. It is physically hosted within GoDaddy data centers and runs on the v2 platform, a containerized environment of virtual machines. This shared infrastructure means that feature development, security patches, and platform stability improvements can be applied more efficiently across these products.

How should I respond if a customer requests a refund because Airo AI Builder is still in beta and is not working properly?

Refund policies should be followed. If the request falls outside the standard refund policy, use the normal out-of-policy refund review procedures.

Yes. You can use the rebuild prompt to rebuild a Websites + Marketing site in Airo AI Builder. Additional edits or modifications may be required. The result may not exactly match the original site, and some content—such as the homepage—may transfer more accurately than other pages or features. The product team is actively working to make this process more efficient.
